Wee Ee Cheong is a Singaporean billionaire executive and banker who has served as the chief executive officer of United Overseas Bank (UOB) since April 2007. He joined UOB in 1979 and rose to deputy chairman and president in 2000 before taking over executive leadership. Wee also holds prominent industry positions, including deputy chairman of Far Eastern Bank and chairman of the Association of Banks in Singapore.
