By accessing or using ApexHierarchy (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Every tier, dimension description, and figure on ApexHierarchy is AI-generated and aggregated from publicly available sources at the time of generation, then scored by our own editorial methodology — it is not definitive or investigative journalism, not independently verified, and not fact-checked the way a news publication's reporting is, comparable in nature instead to a Forbes-style power ranking or a Bloomberg index. Profiles may be incomplete, outdated, or mistaken. See our Editorial Disclaimer for what a profile does and doesn't assert.

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, investment, employment, or professional advice of any kind, and no content on the Site — including any tier, score, or net worth figure — is intended to be relied on for a financial, legal, hiring, or reputational decision about the person or organization profiled.

We do not knowingly publish false information and take corrections seriously. Every profile carries a "Report incorrect information" link; reports are reviewed by a person, and profiles are updated or removed where warranted. If you are the subject of a profile and dispute its content, use that link, or file a complaint for anything broader than that specific profile (see Section 10).

Users may submit profiles for entities not yet on the Site. By submitting, you represent that the information and source you provide are accurate and that you have the right to submit them, and you grant ApexHierarchy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to publish, display, and adapt the submission. Submissions are held as "Pending" until an independent source corroborates them and are never published on an unverified claim alone. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, defamatory, or malicious information about any person or entity;
• Scrape, bulk-extract, or systematically republish Site content without permission;
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other technical protections;
• Use the Site to harass, stalk, or dox any individual;
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.

The Apex Tier system, its formula, the Site's design, and its original written content are the property of ApexHierarchy. Publicly sourced facts referenced in a profile remain the property of their original sources, which are cited on each profile page.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApexHierarchy and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or reputational damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms as the Site evolves. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
