Shan Krishnasamy (Shanmugam Krishnasamy) is a technology entrepreneur best known as the co-founder and former Chief Technology Officer of cloud SaaS company Freshworks. Prior to co-founding Freshdesk in 2010 alongside Girish Mathrubootham, he worked as a technical architect at Zoho Corporation for nearly a decade. He designed the core technical architecture that grew Freshworks into a global SaaS platform serving tens of thousands of corporate clients before stepping down from his role in September 2022.
