Leszek Janusz Czarnecki is a Polish billionaire businessman and banking executive educated at Wrocław University of Technology, Wrocław University of Economics, and Harvard Business School. In 1991, he created Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy, Poland's first and largest leasing company, which he later sold to Credit Agricole for PLN 900 million in 2001.
