Francesco Starace is an Italian energy executive who served as the CEO and General Manager of Enel Group between 2014 and 2023. He earned a nuclear engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Milan in 1980 and began his career analyzing nuclear plant safety for NIRA Ansaldo.
